Gambia's president goes into self-isolation after his deputy was injured in Corona

Today, Wednesday, Gambian President Adama Barrow began a period of two weeks of self-isolation, after his deputy was infected with the Corona virus.

The Gambian Presidency said in a statement on Twitter, that the results of the examinations of Vice President Isato Toray, 65 years, were positive, which means that he had Covid-19 disease.

According to Bloomberg News, the presidential spokeswoman did not reveal, during a phone call, whether the 55-year-old president had been tested for the Coruna virus.
